in reply to: Problem with Shopme ThemeFirstly, the column count for your plugin is set within the page template that gets created. What you have highlighted is the Shopme theme. If this is set t o 4, i would assume your theme would overie this when doing this wilthi in template designer?

in reply to: Problem with Shopme ThemeYou are right, however i have just changed the layout to 3 columns and this hasnt done anything to the layout.
Also under the ‘Woocommerce’ tab – > ‘Woocommerce Page Builder’ the tabs dont work.
Please advise.

I have just had to fix my site as it was completely down. This was due to plugins that had been uplodaded while you were fixing my site i presume, hence the FTP Access.
Plese could you issue a refund for this and i will look for an alternative solution.
