Firstly, the column count for your plugin is set within the page template that gets created. What you have highlighted is the Shopme theme. If this is set t o 4, i would assume your theme would overie this when doing this wilthi in template designer?
I have just had to fix my site as it was completely down. This was due to plugins that had been uplodaded while you were fixing my site i presume, hence the FTP Access.
Plese could you issue a refund for this and i will look for an alternative solution.
