Ok i resolved it all by myself because of non-responsive support team.
The Woocommerce Page Builder is an addon to the WP Backery Pagebuilder for WordPress PlugIn, then requires the WP Backery Pagebuilder for WordPress PlugIn.
Both elements have to be purchased separately – Which makes the overall solution very expensive. I didn’t expect to pay another 46USD after purchasing the addon for 30USD.
This dependency/requirement is not explained in the product description page.
76USD only for customizing products and categories templates, i feel a little bit fooled.
