Refund request

Hi,

I would like to kindly request a refund as plugin is not working properly on my site, the problems I’m facing are:

1.- Product price is not editable in size which is an important element of my single product layout.
2.- Ratings not appearing
3.- Excerpt not appearing
4.- There are no further options to customize each element
5.- I don’t see build elements for checkout and cart page.

Let me know, need to move forward ASAP
