Options to build page not available

[zdecals]

When I go to Woocommerce> Product templates> >Add New Product Template,
The options are not available to build the page. The plugin is activated.

DT Woocommerce Page builder version 3.1.1
WP version 4.9.5

Any ideas? Thanks!
