My default checkout page (checkout, not cart) has a little message that says “Returning customer? Click here to login”

A login form is then provided if the link is clicked.

Can you tell me which component on the checkout page template builder adds this option, if any? I don’t see anything about “login” or “registration” in the available components on the checkout template list of objects.
